Tinga

Cochinita Pibil

Tender pulled pork, roasted and slow cooked to perfection in our oven. Served in a tangy, citrusy achiote sauce. No heat, just amazing flavour. Add some habanero pickled onions and you will understand why this is our most popular signature taco!

Carnitas

Absolutely the most mouthwatering, tender and savoury meat you will ever taste! Cooked so long and slow in its own juices, and seasonded with hints of oregano and orange, that will leave you begging for more. We finish it with fresh chopped onions and cilantro to round out the amazing flavour! A secret family recipe, handed down from one generation to another.

Chorizo

A tradiational medium spicy and delixious sausage style meat, made from minced pork in a mixture of secret spices. Served with fresh choppped onions and cilantro. What else can we say? Chorizo speaks for itself!

Barbacoa

Loads of pulled beef that we cook for hours in a slow oven. Smokey, tangy and downright delicious! Juicy and tender with no heat. Just taste perfection! Add any signature salsa you would like to make it perfect!

Carne Asada

Grilled sirloin in our secret blend of seasoning – so moist and juicy! Topped with cilantro, chopped onions and served with fresh lime.

Steak & Nopal

Tender strips of steak seasoned and cooked to your liking, served with our own pico de gallo salsa and nopal – tender cactus cuts that taste like a spicy gherkin. A savoury, medium spicy taco that satisfies.

Steak & Morita

Tender morsels of steak, marinated in our very own morita chile sauce. It's tangy, it's citrusy, it's sweet and has a delicious hint of heat.

Suadero

Tender, slow cooked chunks of beef. A simple taco that needs nothing else except cilantro, onions and fresh lime. Melt in your mouth goodness that calls for another!

Aptly named by our staff – it's the best of both worlds! It's a fajita and it's a taco! Our black bean and corn salad served with grilled mixed bell peppers, sweet onions, hummus and refried black beans.

Seasoned and grilled chicken breast combined with mixed bell peppers, sweet onions and refried beans makes a fajita fantastic! Served with your choice of our signature salsas for a wonderfully fresh flavour!
